If Culture Lab Season 1 was like striking a match of creativity for activities to celebrate Employee Appreciation Week at Globe, then Season 2 was the bonfire party that brought everyone around to warm their hands.
At Globe, Culture Lab isn't just a think tank—it's where teammates pitch wild ideas, build clever prototypes, and take them for a spin in the real world. This season, we focused our energy on Workvivo, our all-in-one platform for staying informed, connected, and celebrating each other's wins day in and day out.

Why Season 2 Was a Game-Changer: Our Workvivo Journey
With Workvivo, the days of juggling ten different tools are long gone. Now, all our news, leadership chats, and community fun happen in one lively spot. The outcome? More time to focus on what truly matters. We're talking about teams creating exciting pages and newsletters, throwing shout-outs for milestones, and using livestreams to turn ordinary moments into legendary memories.
As of late September, we were buzzing with success: 97% of our crew signed on, 83% coming back every month, and 55% checking in weekly. With everyone tapping in from their phones, content interactions soared, fueled by voices from Life at Globe, our official HR communications channel, and ICON, our group sustainability and corporate communications channel, keeping us all in the loop.

From epic GDay events to electrifying town halls, we engineered our spikes with the rhythmic heartbeat of Globe culture. The result? Workvivo didn’t just get adopted, it became the central party where teamwork thrived.
Meet Our Culture Lab Season 2 Superstars:
Workvivo activation was consistently strong, with many groups achieving near 100% adoption.
Group 1 scale and sustained performance: B2B led the charge with almost everyone in the game — 99% activation and a 95.87% active crew. Network Technical and Channel Management/TM also brought their A-game, rocking both activation and engagement.
Group 2 momentum: Finance and Administration strutted their stuff at 99% activation with 96.05% active participation, while Information Services and the Office of Strategy Management showed they’re not just here to play, but win.
Group 3 precision plays: Internal Audit achieved the dream team status with a perfect score of 100% activation and activity. Product Experience was hot on their heels, proving that awesome content equals awesome engagement.

“Workvivo has helped us streamline our group and organizational comms into one singular platform. It allowed the team to be more connected than ever. There may have been bumps in adoption but having a streamlined go-to app where we can all engage built cohesion.” - Djaun Dela Cruz, Digital & Media Experience Expert - B2B
The takeaway? When teams use Spaces as their "digital hangouts," sprinkle in fresh updates, and keep praise flowing, our Ka-Globe keep coming back for more.
How Season 2 Judged Success (and Why It Worked)
We made sure to compare groups fairly, focusing on size and engagement levels, and valued creativity, employer branding alignment, and long-term impact. Sure, numbers told a powerful story, but it’s the human excitement that turned data into a dance party.
B2B Spotlight: The Power of One Home
B2B’s story is a playbook in the making. Recognized by leadership for leading utilization, they’ve streamlined group and org comms into one platform. The result: less scatter, more cohesion, and faster collective response. Even with the usual early adoption bumps, a single go-to app created stronger team rhythm, and it shows in their numbers.

Moments That Moved Us and Lessons That Lasted
Our spikes were no fluke, they were the result of Globe life's lively rhythm. From town halls to major celebrations, we didn't just rack up views; we built shared memories that echoed across territories. Whether it was the Stage 917 event or the 50th listing celebration, Workvivo showed us our culture in action — loud, proud, and impossible to ignore.

What made content land? Leaders used video and quick updates to set a vibrant tone, while shout-outs made our culture feel personal. Newsletters tied people's accomplishments to our larger mission, and Pages cut through the noise to highlight what really matters. Livestreams? They’re the digital cheers heard around the organization, uniting us all, even when we're miles apart.

We’re keeping the momentum going!
Moving forward, it’s all about keeping everyone connected and inspired. Using a platform like Workvivo, teams share stories, celebrate milestones, and recognize each other's efforts—creating a vibrant community that extends beyond the office walls. By sharing short updates, authentic videos, and success stories, we build a culture of ongoing engagement and belonging that’s felt across the organization and even beyond.

Globe’s Culture Lab is a way of co-creating our culture. With every post, shout-out, and idea, we’re building something meaningful with our people at the heart. Here’s to the next chapter, where we keep growing and shaping our culture, together.
