Globe recently secured the Gold Stevie Award for Engagement/Happiness Team of the Year. These kinds of awards are very meaningful to Globe, considering it was our first time joining the category and the Stevies are widely known as the Oscars of HR. But the input we value most come not from external awards, but from the people who we do all this for: you.

I have so many options, and the stuff I need is always available. If I want to focus while enjoying a cup of coffee, I can choose from different spots around the office to grab one, depending on my mood. Comfy chairs, we work in coffee shops, and it's always cold in the office.
