Women’s Month may be over, but celebrating women and championing empowerment never goes out of style. 💪✨
As we step into a new chapter of empowerment and inspiration, Globe Telecom’s Women’s Month activations have illuminated the remarkable connections that women forge when they come together. One of the highlights of this celebration was the G Network Roundtable, a powerful gathering that showcased the strength of women supporting one another—proof that together, we can overcome barriers, foster growth, and create a future that energizes us all.
Voices of Women Empowerment: The G Network Roundtable
The G Network transcends the traditional definition of a workplace; it is a vibrant support system where women from diverse backgrounds unite to share their stories and uplift one another. Here, every woman’s voice is heard, valued, and celebrated. It is a community where relationships flourish, confidence grows, and opportunities emerge—because when women rise, we all ascend together.

During the Roundtable discussion, an inspiring cross-section of women shared their experiences, triumphs, and lessons learned along their unique journeys. From single mothers juggling multiple responsibilities to seasoned professionals whose experiences span decades, the stories exchanged resonated with everyone in attendance.

The Roundtable featured five incredible Ka-Globe women, each representing different fields and stages in their careers:
Abi Modales, a Gen Z law student and Fraud Forensics Expert, opened up about her journey in finance and how she balances her studies with her burgeoning career at Globe.
Reba Magampon, an HR Learning Operations Lead, shared the challenges she faced as a young professional navigating the complexities of HR, emphasizing the importance of mentorship and networking.
Denise Haak, Head of Product Experience Design, discussed her strategic role in enhancing customer experiences, highlighting her passion for innovation and the need for inclusion in technology.
Fran Ricofuerto, Head of Risk Governance Department and a veteran at Globe with a decade of experience, recounted her experiences in sports and in corporate environments.
Vivian Gapido, a Service Activation Engineer, illustrated her journey through various roles at Globe and her enthusiasm for learning and exploring new technologies
