Toni Favis-Muñoz’s journey is a testament to how relentless drive, paired with unwavering adaptability, transforms obstacles into stepping stones and inspires others to push beyond boundaries.

To me, resilience isn’t just a buzzword — it’s a way of life. Whether I’m navigating the demanding pace of transformation at Globe or pushing my limits as a triathlete, I believe that a strong drive, paired with adaptability, can turn obstacles into opportunities. That drive is what keeps me moving forward, inspiring my team and myself every single day.

I can still vividly recall that time during a sudden, high-stakes shift in Globe’s network build strategy. We faced a looming deadline with no room for error. It was a true test of our agility—rethinking priorities, adjusting processes, and managing uncertainty all at once.
More than the technical challenge, it was about helping people stay confident through the change. I learned that real adaptability isn’t just making quick decisions; it’s about fostering trust, being transparent, and celebrating even the smallest wins. I aimed to inspire my team to see that transformation isn’t just disruption — it’s a chance to lead Globe into a brighter future.
My philosophy of embracing change is rooted in my personal belief: adaptability is the cornerstone of success in a world that’s constantly evolving. When you challenge old ways, empower teams to explore new tools, and stay flexible in your approach, progress becomes inevitable. For me, it’s less about reacting to change and more about shaping and driving it.
I draw strength from my passion for triathlon. Finishing the 70.3 World Championship in 2024 was a milestone, proof that perseverance, discipline, and focus truly matter. Being a triathlete has shaped the way I see leadership and transformation. Training for three disciplines—swim, bike, and run—while balancing work and family life has taught me that my drive is what keeps me moving forward, even on tough days.
But what truly inspires me is the power of a team—I may cross the finish line alone, but it’s the coaches, training partners, and support system that make it possible. I carry that mindset in Globe, where balancing multiple roles and leading change isn’t just about personal endurance—it’s about building a culture where we lift each other, stay committed to the long race, and celebrate every milestone together.
The Ironman 70.3 Race in Cebu, in particular, stands out as a lesson about my drive and discipline. The swim was notorious for strong currents, and partway through, I had to change my plan—slow down, conserve energy, and focus on finishing strong instead of chasing a faster time. It reminded me that preparation matters, but adaptability is what gets you through uncertainty. That same mindset guides me at Globe: when challenges arise, I focus on staying calm, adjusting quickly, and keeping the bigger goal in sight.
When I step back from the training or work grind, I’m just “Toni” who enjoys simple pleasures: coffee with friends, quiet moments with my cats, a good read, simple dinner with family and friends, and the occasional Netflix binge. Traveling and discovering new food spots recharge my spirit and remind me why resilience is essential—not just for crossing finish lines but for everyday life. It’s in the small, quiet moments of balance that I find clarity and strength to face whatever challenges come my way. Basically—less “director” or “triathlete,” more “foodie, fur mom, and happy weekend explorer.”

As I grow further in Globe, I envision that this company will continue to pioneer the journey toward a more inclusive, meaningful digital future. For me, that means helping shape change, mentoring new leaders, and fostering a culture where resilience and adaptability are core. My drive is rooted in that vision: to inspire others with my actions and to keep transforming challenges into stepping stones for growth.
Because at the end of the day, I believe that what keeps us going is that shared drive — yours, mine, ours.
