We've recently celebrated a monumental achievement—our first-ever Great Place to Work® Certification. This recognition isn't just a badge of honor; it’s a testament to the vibrant and inclusive culture we've cultivated together.
Celebrating 917 GDay, Globe Telecom proudly demonstrated its commitment to a great
workplace by distributing special treats, including totes and donuts, to all employees in
honor of its certification as a Great Place To Work organization.
During the recent 917 GDay celebration, Globe’s senior leaders, including President and CEO Carl Cruz, Chief Human Resources Officer Renato Jiao, Chief Transformation and Operations Officer Beck Eclipse, Chief Financial Officer Carlo Puno, Chief Commercial Officer Darius Delgado, and General Counsel and Head of Corporate Legal Services Group Atty. Froilan Castelo took the opportunity to personally surprise employees. They handed out special treats such as tote bags and donuts, demonstrating their appreciation for the incredible team that makes Globe a great place to work.

An impressive 85% of Globe employees feel that Globe is a great place to work, a score that eclipses the industry average by 20%, according to the GPTW survey.
Furthermore, the 2025 iSpeak survey, with a remarkable 95% response rate, revealed a sustainable engagement score of 91%, reflecting strong emotional and behavioral ties to the company, surpassing both the Philippine National Norm and Global High Performance Norm.
