Globe #OneCebu: How to Commit to the Globe Way

Last GDay, Globe #OneCebu made an all-out effort to get everyone to commit to the Globe Way. Read about our Ka-Globe from Cebu, our regional champion in last year’s GDay Floor Decoration Contest, and how they’re committing to building a better and kinder Globe.
This year, our group chose to do a kindness campaign asking each Ka-Globe to share their personal commitment for a Better & Kinder Globe.
We released save the date & countdown reminders (photos & videos) to encourage Ka-Globe to share their personal commitments for a better & kinder Globe. Our PC Core Members went around TGTC, GTIT & Cebu stores to collect photos & personal commitments.
Commitment cards were printed and arranged like a COMMITMENT WALL during the culminating event at GTIT Lobby. Tower of Memories included photos highlighting Globe's milestones and memories over the years.
For the culminating event, participants were served a hearty and heavy Filipino merienda. Era Rae Band provided relaxing acoustic music and invited select Ka-Globe to sing-along. Special keychains were given away as tokens of appreciation.
2023 GDay for us was an all time high number of attendees (200 participants). Event officially ended at 7pm but other participants stayed on for another round of drinks & bonding. Another bonding opportunity for participants to gather & celebrate 917 together as #OneCebu.
