In Globe, you have the freedom and power to bring extraordinary things to life. Jay Pagulayan, Assistant Director - IMP Section Head at Globe from Network Technical Group (NTG), shares what everyday possibilities he has made happen.
Thirteen years. That’s how long I’ve been with Globe.
Funnily enough, I started with the competitor before. After that and a stint in Africa, I returned to the Philippines and found my way here at Globe.

Globe is a safe haven for me. Cliché as it sounds, we’re really practicing Better and Kinder. It’s a safe environment that encourages everyone to share their thoughts and explore – not just my talents and leadership skills, but also different solutions that benefit our subscribers.
As a network planner for more than 10 years, one thing I’m proud of is being part of the evolution of technology, from 2G to 5G. I’m proud to be part of the journey of Globe and its customers.
We keep exploring solutions to help not only us but Filipinos worldwide through our network and services. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, Globe was at the forefront, helping customers feel connected to their loved ones and bridging them to their work and education. We have always been creating everyday possibilities.

Currently, we’re transitioning to a territory setup, and this is something not most companies, especially in telco, have been doing. Imagine: from our partners in sales to our network, everyone is closely working together to produce better and faster products and solutions for our customers. We’re united by a shared goal. Kahit anong ganda ng network ng iba, lamang tayo sa pagsuporta ng subscribers natin. That’s how we remain the number one mobile and connectivity brand in the Philippines. I’m very excited.
