Beyond hearts and flowers, Globe offices transformed into spaces of appreciation, music, and shared sweetness in this year's Valentine’s Day celebration. True to the theme “Giving Love Always in All Ways,” Ka-Globe celebrated every form of love — for friends, mentors, teams, office crushes, and even for themselves.
From heartfelt messages to surprise serenades echoing through hallways, love wasn’t just felt — it was seen, heard, and shared.

Love that’s meant to be seen
Sometimes, love deserves to be shared out loud. As employees entered the building, they weren’t just greeted by security—they were welcomed by a digital Wall of Love. The massive LED wall transformed into a canvas of real voices, flashing shout-outs and secret appreciations that filled the lobby with an undeniable warmth.
From gratitude for mentors and teammates to kilig messages for office crushes, the love wall captured the many ways love shows up in the workplace.

“Uso pa ba ang harana?” At Globe, the answer was a heartfelt yes.
If this Valentine’s was any indication, some feelings are still better sung than said. The tradition of the harana proved it never gets old, as roaming buskers surprised Ka-Globe and leaders with live acoustic performances. The requests ranged from the classic kilig of Donna Cruz’s Kapag Tumibok ang Puso and Rey Valera’s Kahit Maputi na ang Buhok Ko to modern hits like Ed Sheeran’s Perfect and Olivia Dean’s The Hardest Part.
The floors were filled with laughter and a bit of blushing especially for Ka-Globe friends Chris Castillo and Guia Muzones, who both found themselves surprised when they received harana requests from each other.

Reflecting on the moment, Chris shared:
Sobrang na-surprise ako kasi hindi ko talaga ine-expect. Parang ‘hala, totoo ba ’to?’ moment 😂 Pero at the same time, super happy ako kasi it shows na mas naging deeper yung friendship namin. Kahit magkaiba na kami ng group/team ngayon, andun pa rin yung connection. Gusto ko lang talaga siyang i-greet and i-cheer up. Alam ko kasi na medyo down siya lately, plus kakabirthday lang niya. Parang simple way ko lang to make her smile. And syempre, konting good vibes habang naghihintay siya ng CIP 😊💛
Guia echoed the same warmth, describing how meaningful the surprise felt:
I felt loved and accepted. I truly appreciate that someone, especially a dear, dear friend, requested a harana for me. To think that the requested song is one of the songs I recently listen to every day, especially when I’m in the office. Knowing that my friend likes to be surprised, and knowing he understands my kulitness, made the moment even more special because he is my best friend.
What started as a playful surprise turned into a heartwarming moment of friendship proving that Valentine’s isn’t only for romantic love, but also for bonds nurtured through shared moments, laughter, and friendships that grow beyond day-to-day work.
Meanwhile, the Globe Voices chorale ensured the entire building was serenaded, their powerful harmonies echoing through the halls and providing a professional, soulful backdrop to the day’s festivities.

Love that’s meant to be given and shared
Love looks different for everyone.
Some want to give it. Some want to share it. Some simply want to enjoy it for themselves as an act of self-love.
Throughout the day, Ka-Globe were able to claim sweet treats, thoughtfully prepared for sharing or savoring solo. The claiming lasted the whole day, giving everyone the chance to participate no matter their schedule.
Each person had the choice: gift it to a fellow Ka-Globe, bring it home to a loved one, or keep it as a well-deserved personal treat.
It was a simple gesture, but one that reminded everyone that love doesn’t have to be grand, it can be sweet, intentional, and freely given.
Adding to the festive atmosphere was a Valentine’s Bazaar, featuring a curated selection of goodies from food treats and handcrafted keychains to clothing and thoughtful gift items.
At its core, Valentine’s Day at Globe was a reminder that we are more than just colleagues working on a network—we are a network.
By giving love always in all ways, we proved that whether it’s through a digital shout-out, a song in a hallway, or a simple sweet treat, the strongest connections we build are the ones rooted in appreciation and heart. While the treats provided a literal sugar rush, one thing was clear: moments of appreciation continue to strengthen how we show up for one another at work.
Because at Globe, love isn’t seasonal.
It’s always. In all ways. 💙
