Growth isn’t just a personal milestone, it’s a shared journey. I’ve learned that when I invest in my own development, it unlocks new opportunities for others to do the same. For me, success isn’t only measured by what I achieve, but by how my progress sparks inspiration in the people around me. That’s why I believe that my growth is a gift I gladly share, because when one of us gets better, all of us get better, too.

Every day, I work behind the scenes at Globe, creating paths for my colleagues to develop their skills and succeed in their careers. One of my proudest moments was launching our Data Empowerment for All (DEA). Seeing how our Ka-Globe starts to see data as something approachable and powerful, understanding how what they do every day drives the company forward — that’s beyond rewarding.
It reminds me that what I do isn’t just about filling a role; it’s about empowering others to see their own potential and take ownership of their growth.

My personal purpose centers on the idea that learning never stops. As the Senior Capability Development Lead at Globe, I’m committed to helping our people beef up their knowledge, bridge their competency gaps, and prepare for bigger roles. I believe that the more our team grows, the more Globe grows. As I strive to improve myself, I am constantly reminded that our own development fuels the entire organization’s progress.
When I do not wear my capability development hat, my true sources of energy and inspiration come from my family and my passions. I’m a proud “furdad” to five lively pomeranians, and spending time with them not only keeps me grounded but also reminds me of the simple joys in life. Being part of a church choir nurtures my spirit, and my current studies in Labor Management Relations at UP Diliman challenge me to grow intellectually. Juggling these roles has shown me that continual learning isn’t just a professional aspiration—it’s a way of living.
For me, life’s everyday moments are where possibilities come to life. It’s not only about completing tasks or hitting goals — it’s about intentionally making space for what truly matters: passions, continuous learning, and helping others grow. Each day offers a chance to take a small step toward our dreams—whether that’s pursuing further studies, challenging myself at work, or simply lending support to a colleague.
I firmly believe that even the tiniest actions can create positive change, reaching far beyond what we can see and inspiring others to take their own steps forward.

I recently completed my graduate studies, earning a degree in Industrial Relations from UP SOLAIR and I am currently a law student at Arellano University School of Law. My career aspiration is to join our Legal Group as a corporate lawyer while also serving as a part-time academic lecturer.
