On February 19, 2025, we gathered at The Globe Tower Town Hall for the much-anticipated Spark: Create Everyday Possibilities event. It was a celebration of our accomplishments over the past year and a launchpad for an exciting new chapter in Globe Telecom's journey.



This inspiring event, hosted by Reba Faith Magampon, HR Learning Operations Lead, and Prisca Santillan, Financial Services Key Segment Head, was full of energy and excitement from start to finish. Attended by our vibrant employer branding champions, story contributors, and engagement partners, the atmosphere was electric with inspiration, learning, and community.


A Lookback on our 2024 Achievements


As we reflected on the milestones of 2024, Employee Experience Senior Manager Mark Anthony Dimaisip opened the event by recognizing the incredible contributions of every Ka-Globe.


"From the launch of our employer branding website, showcasing 221 Ka-Globe stories and garnering 42 media pickups, to winning 28 top employer awards, our successes truly showcased a year of hard work and dedication." - Mark

Mark also introduced a fun and interactive Kahoot game centered around our employer branding, setting a lively tone for the day.

During the launch event, Timothy Vinh Nguyen, Employer Branding and Talent Attraction Manager, underscored the significance of this pillar.

He introduced the “Rock your LinkedIn Profile” initiative, encouraging Ka-Globe to refresh their profiles with the new EVP branding and enhance their professional image. This aims to inspire employees to confidently showcase their unique identities while proudly representing Globe, reinforcing our belief that when individuals thrive, our entire organization flourishes. To make this activation even more engaging, we set up a booth where employees could receive EVP-branded merchandise upon updating their LinkedIn profiles.


Lead Beyond the Ordinary


We believe in championing your career so every Ka-Globe can "Lead Beyond the Ordinary." In a constantly changing world, we create clarity and empower our employees to face extraordinary challenges, igniting their passion and encouraging them to become the leaders of tomorrow. This commitment to growth and innovation serves as a foundation for a workplace where every employee has the tools and opportunities to take charge of their own journey.



Julio Abraham, Employee Experience Expert, fueled the excitement by highlighting the meaningful growth opportunities available to Ka-Globe. He encouraged employees to fully utilize their possibilities passports on Workday and participate in the upcoming Day of Possibilities, happening every month which aims to foster creativity, innovation, and inclusivity — all while amplifying our employer brand.

To enliven the attendees’ spirits, his energizing “Group Yourselves” activity allowed participants to network and connect, building a camaraderie that resonates deeply within our Globe family.


Innovate Without Fear


True to our values, we also embrace the principle of "Innovate Without Fear," empowering Ka-Globe to uplift lives every day through continuous learning and bold ideas. In Globe, everyone is enabled, engaged, and encouraged at every step of our journey. Through a shared vision, we ignite collaboration and foster stronger relationships, equipping every Ka-Globe to shape the future with confidence and creativity.



Employee Experience Manager Paul Constantino inspired attendees with a powerful message about embracing a mindset of boldness and continuous learning. He invited everyone to participate in the upcoming Culture Lab design thinking sessions, highlighting the crucial role that collaboration and innovation play in driving our success.

To add an element of fun, his mind-teasing Kahoot game about design thinking sparked curiosity and excitement, reinforcing the notion that every idea matters at Globe.



Adding to the event, Andrew Lim, Marketing Youth Culture Lead, shared insights on the partnership between the HR and Marketing Group in activating our interns and immersing them in the Globe culture through the Win the Youth program. He highlighted how this initiative creates a robust framework for providing young talents with opportunities for growth, ensuring they feel supported and empowered during their internships. By integrating these individuals into the Globe family, the program not only enhances their professional skills but also instills a sense of belonging that allows them to thrive and contribute to the company's mission.



In addition to these exciting activities, the Globe of Good Hub was also showcased, featuring our volunteering initiatives and promoting sustainability efforts across Globe. Employees were also introduced to the HopeChat Corner, where they could engage in one-on-one wellness sessions with a psychologist, reaffirming our support to mental health and holistic well-being.


Create Everyday Possibilities was designed to be immersive and impactful.

Throughout the event, inspiring conversations unfolded, shedding light on how this EVP shapes our company culture. Engaging activities provided employees with tools to promote their personal brands, and delightful swag, including EVP-branded merchandise, were a tangible reminder of the commitment to every Ka-Globe.



As everyone indulged in delicious food - from donuts and hotdogs to sliders and refreshing drinks, the camaraderie among Ka-Globe was palpable. The spirit of the day was captured with a group photo of attendees, each leaving empowered with new tools, insights, and motivation.
