Across Territories, Women Redraw the Lines of Courage

All across the Philippines, women in our Territory teams are choosing courage in their own ways—on the sales floor, on the road, in the field, in our offices. From Luzon to Visayas to Mindanao, Women’s Month is lived out in the everyday decisions to show up, speak up, and do the work differently.
First, we meet Julie Anne Querubin, Territory Retail Assistant Director of Territory 6B, and Janice Garcia-Lim, Retail Manager of Globe Davao Abreeza in Territory 7. In a business built on fast decisions and constant change, their stories reflect the courage to lead from the frontlines—guiding their teams, serving customers, and creating space for women to grow in retail across the Philippines.
From there, we shift to the network backbone that keeps our customers connected. Women from our South Luzon offices bring a different kind of courage: showing up in a highly technical space, and daring to own their expertise in the field. They remind us that courage also looks like being visible where women haven’t always been seen.
At our Valero office, three Ka-Globe women stepped in front of the camera to share their own reflections on courage in a special video. Their stories are raw, personal, and honest—proof that courage can be quiet or loud, steady or still-in-progress, and that every version is valid.
Beyond the video, more women from Valero chose to put pen to paper, writing their own definitions of courage on #CourageCards. In just a few words, they captured what it means to keep going, to try again, to support others, and to make brave choices in work and in life.
Together, these stories—from territory retail floors to network sites to corporate offices—show that courage is something women in Globe live out in different corners of the country, in roles seen and unseen.
For you, what does courage look like in your day-to-day work and life?
