At Globe, we believe that "family" isn't just a word—it’s a support system that sometimes has four legs, a wagging tail, or a very loud purr.

On April 25, Globe’s HR and Marketing teams joined forces with Pettr to host our inaugural Pet Vaccination Drive. This milestone event marks a significant step forward in our wellness journey, officially expanding our Alagang Globe to include the furry companions who keep our employees happy at home.
Paws, Shots, and Polished Poses
The atmosphere at Mr. Paws in BGC was buzzing with excitement (and a few curious sniffs). Employees dropped by not just to ensure their pets were protected with essential vaccinations, but also to celebrate the bond they share.
Because we know our "fur-babies" are always camera-ready, the event also featured a free professional photoshoot. From fussy Corgis to sassy Siamese cats, our Globe pets got the supermodel treatment they deserve!
Why Pet Wellness Matters to Us
Why are we talking about pets? It’s simple: Wellness isn’t a one-size-fits-all checklist. To help our employees thrive, we have to care for what they care about.

Family First: We recognize that pets are integral family members who contribute to our mental health and daily joy.
A Culture of Care: This drive is just the beginning. Together with G-Pets, our pet community within Globe, we’re committed to finding new, "paws-itive" ways to support the diverse lifestyles of our Ka-Globe.
"At Globe, we understand that our people are at their best when their whole family is healthy and happy—and that absolutely includes the four-legged kind!"
This vaccination drive was a first for Globe, but it certainly won’t be the last. We are constantly innovating our wellness initiatives to ensure they resonate with the real lives of our Ka-Globe.
